2. Parental Consent and Eligibility

Our services are designed for student-athletes between the ages of 14 and 18.

If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to access our services, the parent or legal guardian:

  1. Confirms Consent — Acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Use on behalf of the minor.

  2. Accepts Responsibility — Agrees to be fully responsible for the minor’s participation, including compliance with these Terms, communications, and any resulting obligations.

  3. Provides Oversight — Ensures that the minor’s use of our services is appropriate, safe, and consistent with these Terms.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

Parents or legal guardians of international minors acknowledge that eligibility rules, educational systems, recruiting standards, and age-of-consent laws may differ by country, and they assume responsibility for ensuring compliance within their jurisdiction.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes regarding recruiting success, scholarship offers, or NIL deals. Our services are meant to guide and support athletes, but final results depend on a variety of personal and external factors beyond our control.

Information provided on this Site is for general education and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Please consult with your own advisors before making any legal or financial decisions. 6. NCAA and Compliance

We prioritize the protection of athlete eligibility and aim to operate in compliance with NCAA, NAIA, and state NIL regulations. However, it is your responsibility to confirm eligibility requirements and compliance with your school’s compliance officer or legal counsel. International athletes acknowledge that eligibility, amateurism, and NIL rules may differ based on nationality, residency, or governing body, and final responsibility for compliance rests with the athlete and family.

You expressly consent to this jurisdiction and venue, regardless of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. International Privacy

We collect and process personal information only as necessary to operate our Site, provide services, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations. Personal data may include, but is not limited to, names, contact information, academic or athletic background details, and communications submitted through forms or email.

If you access the Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
